Main Stage

What to bring:

  • Cash (limited credit card services available)
  • Blanket or small tarp
  • Chairs – “Festival” Chairs are defined as not over 30 inches in height and the seat not over 10 inches from the ground. These chairs are allowed anywhere
  • Chairs – “High Back” Chairs are any chair over 30 inches in height or the seat being over 10 inches from the ground. These chairs are allowed in designated seating only and will be strictly enforced
  • Swim Suit (we have a beautiful river beach at the Main Stage)
  • Hat
  • Dark glasses
  • Small backpack (subject to search)
  • Sunscreen
  • Phone – Verizon is the best service (we have free wireless internet on site)
  • Personal water bottles (we have free refills)
  • Shade structures (shade structures are allowed in designated areas only, and will be strictly enforced. Any shade structure blocking any view is not allowed)
  • Earplugs (good for sensitive ears although we are not a loud sound festival)

Main Stage

What not to bring:

  • Food (We allow food for folks with special food needs)
  • Beverages
  • Pets (Service Dogs only)
  • Large backpacks
  • Coolers
  • Glass containers
  • Weapons of any kind (subject to search and seizure)
 

Camping

What to bring:

  • Sleeping Bag, Pillow and pad
  • Tent
  • Flashlight or Headlamp
  • Phone – Verizon is the best service
  • Extra set of clothes and shoes
  • Swimsuit
  • Sweater or jacket
  • Shade Structure (see Main Stage)
  • Hat, sunscreen, dark glasses
  • Toiletries
  • Towel
  • Musical instrument (there’s lots of welcoming jams)
  • Chairs (see Main Stage)
  • Blanket or tarp for the main stage
  • Commissary (no cooking at Earthtrek)
  • Food and Beverages (Earthtrek prepares all meals, Store and Deli at Camp Lotus, Store and Food Service at American River Resort, Gas Station is in Lotus)
  • Cooler
  • Ice
  • Earplugs (good for sensitive ears and sleeping)

Camping

What not to bring:

  • PETS
  • Boom boxes
  • Amplified instruments
 

River Trip

What to bring:

Depending on the weather forecast for the day of the trip, here is a list of items to consider. If you get cold easily we suggest a layer for warmth.

  • Hat (with tie on)
  • Sunscreen
  • Dark Glasses (with hold fast)
  • Swim suit and/or water shorts
  • Lightweight shirt (no cotton)
  • Lightweight long sleeve shirt
  • Lip ointment
  • Sturdy River footwear (no flipflops)
  • Synthetic clothing: fleece, pile, etc.
  • Water resistant Shell
  • Wool socks
  • Waterproof camera/phone
  • Water bottle

River Trip
